DT Food Preparation and Nutrition

With the uncertainty over how grades will be awarded it is really important that year 11 Food and nutrition students complete their NEA folders in as much detail as possible. The final practical exam was not completed but it may be necessary to reflect on the NEA folders when assessing progress – however as of yet this has not been made clear to us.

Students should do the following:

Complete all evaluations for dishes already made;

Complete the time plan as explained in your previous lesson.

Go over your NEA 1 and improve if necessary.

Completed NEA work should be emailed to Mrs Omolaso using the school email system.
